Reporting a bug

Bugs are tracked on GitHub Issues. Please don't use a bug report for a feature request or a general question — a separate issue (or discussion, if the repository has one enabled) keeps things easy to track.

Before you open one

Please make sure the title is specific ("Deploy fails with X error" rather than "doesn't work") and describe, step by step, what you were doing right before the problem happened.

Helpful details to attach

  • Your DDMM version (shown in the app; matches the 2.0.0-rc.8-style tag on the release you downloaded).
  • Your OS (Windows/Linux, and distribution if Linux).
  • The log file from the run where it happened — Data Folder → Open Folder in Settings, then logs/, gets you there.
  • Whether it's specific to one mod: if so, say which one, and share its manifest.json if you can.

You never need to attach any personal or account information — DDMM doesn't have any of yours to begin with (see Security), and none of it is needed to diagnose a bug.
